Life experiences and imprintings
I grew up with parents who worked in care. In this family environment, which was characterized by high intellectual and a complex, unstable emotional balance, I was shaped by humanistic values. I have been interested in psychology since my adolescence. Since then, I have continuously deepened my experience in the fields of research, education, and psychotherapy.
My various life experiences have led me to turn towards the systemic psychotherapeutic approach. I find this approach particularly inspiring due to its values and its constructivist epistemological positioning. I have also been developing personally within this approach for many years.

I come from western Switzerland and now live with my family in Graubünden. The mountains have always been an important source of balance and inspiration for me.

Professionally, I work as a psychotherapist and have several years of experience in outpatient and inpatient clinics and practices. Academically, I earned an MSc (Master of Science) in Psychology from the University of Zurich in 2012, an MAS (Master of Advanced Studies) in Clinical Psychosociology from the University of Lausanne in 2013, a specialization in short-term and systemic psychotherapy at the Gregory Bateson Institute in 2020, and federal recognition for psychotherapy at the Zentrum für Systemische Therapie und Beratung in Bern in 2024.

I can work with you in German, Swiss German, English, or French.
