Life isn't a walk in the park

​"Every life is problem solving" wrote Karl Popper, the great philosopher of science. So it is not the fact that you have problems, but that you cannot solve them that is problematic.

From a systemic psychological perspective, you should therefore seek out a therapist when a situation seems unsolvable and causes suffering. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families to try to solve problems and eliminate the suffering that life sometimes imposes on us.
